INTERNAL AUDIT UNIT

As part of its statutory responsibility that all revenue accruing to the hospital is not only collected but accounted for. Internal Audit ensures that revenues are given the attention required and deposited in banks within the stipulated period.

Value for money audit is also a possibility which Internal Audit Department accords great attention by ensuring that all the goods and services procured by the hospital are within specification and at reasonable amount.

Pre-payment Audit is also given attention and both personnel emoluments and other payments are thoroughly vetted to ensure proper authorization and arithmetical accuracy

Investigations are carried out as requested by the management from time to time.
