ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE

Departmental Function
The departmental is responsible for the:
(a) Establishment of a strong Accounting system to ensure full accountability of all Revenue and Expenditure of the Hospital.
(b) Financial reporting (statutory and Management) i.e timely, accurate, reliable and comprehensive.

(c) Financial management/investment advice and maintenance of Hospital Revolving Funds and special Account operation (receipts and payments)
(d) Database for budgeting/budgetary control and the custodians of Account’s security documents.

(e) Review of internal control/internal check system along with management to ensure compliance with statutory and management policies
(f) Other duties assigned by the management.
