STORE AND ISSUE

Introduction
Stores and supply department is one of the functions of the directorate of administration.

It is charged with the responsibilities of receiving, storing and issuing of all hospital goods and properties. Other responsibilities include Procurement, inspection and clearance of invoices for payment.

There are three major sections in the department. They include stores and stock control, procurement/price verification and ledger control. The store and stock control section has 9 units under its control. This includes patient Care Store, General Goods Store, Laundry and Linen Services, Catering Services, Works and Services,

Pharmacy, Chemical Pathology, DRF stationary Store as well as Equipment.
